Trøndelag offers a unique multitude of produce and products originating from fjord to mountain. The arctic climate in Middle-Norway ensures a slow growth rate and plenty of sun produces the distinct taste and quality. Taste, consistency, colour and nutrition are all influenced by nature, production and the cultural history of each region. Experiencing a meal is all about enriching good food and tasty produce with local experiences and history.
At Nordlek 2012 we want you to enjoy the food you are beeing served. The food will nourish body, eye and soul. Local produce and quality products will elevate the meal and provide dancing joy.
On our menu you will find nutritious food and a tempting selection of fruit and vegetables. Local food ambassadors will serve you, and provide first hand knowledge of the produce and the local history.

We wish to offer you a tasty and varied selection of food based on local produce. Ingredients will be selected for breakfast, lunsh and dinner menus and will includ Trøndelag’s produce, sourced from ocean to the mountains. We plan to present to you healthy and tasty food to remember.
Kiosks will also have a local selection, and menus will include easy to take away foods.
Taste Trøndelag! – Smak på Trøndelag! is the Nordlek-restaurant where you can enjoy your food, the atmosphere and the story told over dinner. Here, you will enjoy food and smell. The taste of local produce will be felt like dancing senses in your mouth.

Lunch Monday and Tuesday 1200 – 1300. Wednesday – Saturday kl 1200 – 1400
Dinner: Tuesday 1530 – 1730. Wednesday – Saturday 1530 – 1800
